The room was high up. The air conditioning and lights worked well. the breakfast had many options and varied choices. i found the staff to be responsive. the location allows a short walk to vibrant areas.
i noticed the reception area looks glamorous. however, the furniture was chipped. the chairs and sofas looked filthy and require a cleaning.

good location pleasant staff quality room
The room was refreshed every two days. This service was VERY good and all the staff were pleasant. They were also helpful. The location is good and the quality of the rooms is appreciable.

A decent stay
internet service air conditioning unfriendly atmosphere inconsistent shower
I found the internet service really good. The air conditioning ran constantly. This made such a difference when returning to the hotel after a hot day.
The reception staff did not make eye contact when I walked past. The reception area gave off an unfriendly vibe. the bathroom water temperature was not consistent. It alternated from hot to cold without warning.

chipped plates strange smell
the location proved convenient for accessing nearby bars and restaurants.
It seemed like it hadn't been updated in years. chipped plates were noticeable, and the towels and bedding were an off-white color instead of a clean white. there was a strange smell in the room. I suspect it came from plaster falling off the walls

i appreciated the convenient location , close to many attractions. the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. the fitness room provided adequate equipment for a basic workout. i found a 7-eleven store conveniently located near the entrance.
the wifi signal was intermittent at times , , made it difficult to stay connected for work.

Awesome Hotel Experience!
friendly staff clean room extensive breakfast
The room I get was great. Housekeeping was top and keeps the room very clean. I definitely will stay there again. The staff were super friendly and helpful which I appreciate. Breakfast was extensive with plenty choices.
The hotel do shows age a bit. The chairs in the room had stains I see. The headboard in the bedroom I was in was broken. But these issues are quite minor.

The gym has several modern machines and weights for a complete workout. A roof terrace provides city views and relaxation space. Both areas are well-kept and are available to guests.

Staff offers prompt, friendly assistance upon arrival and throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet receives constant refills, and tables are cleared quickly. Housekeeping do a thorough job.
